Our shoulders give us the ability to reach up in the cupboard, wrap our arms around our loved ones for a big hug and reach back to put something in our pockets. But what's going on when there is pain with these, and other movements? Or even if you don't have pain, how can you prevent it?
Join Dr. Casey for an in-depth shoulder workshop where you'll learn about the most common shoulder pain and injuries. Learn how our neck and back play a role in our shoulder motion and practice strategies to prevent and/or combat shoulder pain. Dr. Casey will also provide a demonstration using Musculoskeletal Ultrasound for the shoulder.
