About this Event
From the ashes of the Girl Boss era has arisen the notorious tradwife, with her sourdough starter, homemade soaps, and chapel veil. Alas, the allure of careerism turned out not to keep you warm at night, and the promises of neoliberal individualism didn’t really provide satisfy in the end (who would’ve thought!?). Yet for most sensible-women, the reactionary, LARP-y antics of performative tradwifery are low-key cringe and hard to take seriously. Besides, where can you find a man these days to provide for you and your 6 children on his income alone? Where can one even find a good man these days—one who isn’t a total soyboy or a creepy manosphere-pilled edgelord? It be tough out here for the ladies these days.
Lucky for you, Cracks in Postmodernity is rallying together a crew of cool, funky, and nuance-pilled females to help you sort out all your questions about womanhood, vocation, and work.
