Over the span of 12 days you'll explore essential aspects of yoga including Hatha and Ashtanga yoga pranayama (breath control) meditation yoga philosophy basic anatomy and teaching techniques. Whether you're looking to grow personally or planning to eventually complete the full certification this course offers the perfect starting point.
Led by experienced teachers at Kunwar Yoga this program provides hands-on guidance small group learning and a supportive environment to help you evolve on and off the mat.
Upon completion you'll receive a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Certificate (YACEP) and if you wish to continue your journey later the hours can be counted toward the 200-hour program.
