About this Event
All organizations are faced with internal and external factors and influences that bring about uncertainties in achieving their strategic objectives. During the life cycles of a company's products and services, there may be unexpected problems and risks that can negatively impact the organization and its reputation. It is the responsibility of top management to oversee and manage risks effectively. Without a proper assessment and understanding of the risks, the organization will remain reactive rather than proactive and unable to make informed, risk-based decisions.
