About this Event
All organizations are faced with internal and external factors and influences that bring about uncertainties in achieving their strategic objectives. During the life cycles of a company's products and services, there may be unexpected problems and risks that can negatively impact the organization and its reputation. It is the responsibility of top management to oversee and manage risks effectively. Without a proper assessment and understanding of the risks, the organization will remain reactive rather than proactive and unable to make informed, risk-based decisions.
This course offered by United Seas College aims to address this performance gap by covering the latest Singapore standards SS IEC 31010:2021 and SS ISO 31000 in risk assessment techniques, and aligning with SkillsFuture's Skills Framework in Risk Management, Governance, and Regulatory Compliance.
