Please note: This coming survey is taking place on WEDNESDAY 10th (i.e. mid-week) to coincide with the lowest spring tide. This survey is conducted under the umbrella of Devon Wildlife Trust. The plan is to identify as many different species on the shore, both common and rare, with a camera or smart phone and upload them to the DWT marine database. Attendance is free but you are invited to make a small donation, say £3, to enable SoSD cover its costs. Wear wellies, or get your shoes wet, and appropriate clothing. Meet at 1245 at the entrance to the Smugglers Tunnel, Shaldon Ness near the toilets (///outhouse.toolkit.doctor) from where we will walk through the tunnel and across the sand to Bundle Head. LW is at 1453, but stay as long as you like - the survey will end about 1600 h. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
