Local bird enthusiasts are invited to attend a free Shorebird Identification Workshop hosted by Birdlife Australia’s Migratory Shorebirds Program Coordinator, Dr Lindall Kidd, in preparation for the upcoming shorebird monitoring season! Tailored for those with some birding experience, this workshop will see a half-day indoor session followed by an afternoon at the lakes practicing field techniques. Come prepared with outdoor clothing, and bring yourcamera, binoculars, scope, bird guides and any other birding gear you have for the day.
