This class takes you through the woodshop and lets you put your hands on every tool that you could need to use while woodworking and you will leave with a woodworking project. We will cover the Tablesaw, Bandsaw, Jointer, Router, Sander, Planer, and Dust Collection. If you have been looking for a BEGINNING WOODWORKING BOOT CAMP class, look no further... this is the class for you! This is a hands on class so be ready to have some fun. Completion of this course will prepare you to move on to more advanced projects. This is a comprehensive 5 hour class with a 30 minute lunch break. This is an extremely popular class, be sure to sign up early! All class participants receive a 15% discount on merchandise purchased in the store on the same day of their class. Exclusions Apply. Students should come properly attired for a woodworking class (tight fitting clothing, long hair restrained and constrained from the face); and bring or wear provided industry standard hearing protection and safety glasses during equipment operation. All woodworking classes are held in a store that sells a wide variety of woods, including exotic woods such as cedar, aromatic cedar and other products (e.g., finishes, cleaners, etc.) that may cause allergic or other reactions in a small number of cases.
