Shop Local Eat Smart. Join us for a guided tour will take you through local markets, where you'll discover healthy and unique ingredients from different cultures. Learn about nutritious foods, explore new flavors, and get tips on how to incorporate a variety of ingredients into your meals for better health. We will visit 4 international food markets and wrap up the tour with a cooking demo at the Wicomico Extension Office to learn about using some of the ingredients found on the tour.
We will be traveling to 5 differnet locations and having your own transportation is required. Participants are advised to arrive on time for the tour. Due to the structured schedule and the need to maintain group timing, late arrivals may be left behind. A ticket is required for each attendee.
