About this Event
We will go over flower essences, herbs for the nervous system, and a basic energetic cleanse/limpia to support participants after a traumatic or shocking event. In both of these we will go over the basics like vocabulary, how to make herbal medicine in different forms, and plant identification. We will also provide pdf/hard copies of the information from the workshops.
About your facilitators:
Paul (they/them) lives in Baltimore City on Piscataway and Susquehannock land. Their peoples come from the forests and mountains of central and southern Europe. They have been studying energetic herbalism and more recently flower essences for about 8 years.
Luz (they/them) Luz lives in so-called Baltimore City. They come from a lineage of Andean farmers and herbalists and have been studying herbalism and curanderismo for the last 4 years.

High quality masks are required while in the workshop space, and for all of our in-person events. Masks and rapid tests will be provided and HEPA filters will be running during the workshop.
