Shitty Art Club - Tea Towel Totes Edition
Come join us for the May edition of the Shitty Art Club and our first sewing adventure - creating Tote Bags out of Tea Towels! Practically no sewing skills required, it's a super simple but fun project, and you can create your own unique masterpiece!
All you'll have to bring is tea towels with a print you love. 1-2 per tote you want to make (depending if you want to have a lining). I can recommend getting them at stores like Hannibals for cute prints. The size depends on how large you want your bag to be - you can also combine two of them, or cut them smaller. Totally up to you! I'll bring all the other supplies (needles, yarn etc), including materials for the handles (but you can also bring your own).
And the event is BYOB (bring your own booze) - so take with you whatever you feel like drinking that night. The event takes place in Vienna, the exact location will be shared before the event.
No artistic or sewing skills required, just bring your sense of humor and willingness to get messy. Let's make some truly unique and memorable pieces together! And if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me. See you there!
