Shito Ryu Karate Federation of England invite its members to attend the 1st Open Squad Training from 2021. Please note the training will take place depending on Government & EKF guidance at that time.
10:15 - Registrations
10:30 to 12:15 - Kata [ Fee: £15 ]
12:15 to 12:45 - Break
12:45 to 14:30 - Kumite [ Fee: £15 ]

We will be looking at athletes to see who are ready to take part in national and international competitions in 2021, including the European and World Shito Ryu Karate Championships from Slovakia.

These trainings are for fundraising and mandatory for those who wish to be part of the Squad or are already in the Squad and want to attend the English, British National Championships and other International Championships.
