Shinrin-Yoku/Forest Therapy Walk

Join Trek Reef, certified forest therapy guide and teacher of wilderness spirituality, for a gentle and immersive 2.5-hour experience inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, or “forest bathing.”

This is not a hike - it’s an opportunity to slow down, awaken your senses, and enter into deeper relationship with our more-than-human world.

Who This Is For:

• Anyone looking to slow down and reconnect
• Folks recovering from burnout or navigating transitions
• Adults and teens (age 14+*) open to a immersive experience in nature
• No prior experience necessary
