Join Trek Reef, certified forest therapy guide and teacher of wilderness spirituality, for a gentle and immersive three-hour experience inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, or “forest bathing.” This is not a hike—it’s an opportunity to slow down, awaken your senses, and enter into deeper relationship with the more-than-human world.
