Shinrin-Yoku: Forest Bathing for your Health and Wellbeing

Shinrin-yoku: Forest Bathing for your Health and Wellbeing is a series of forest bathing walks held on the 1st Sunday of every month. These walks are designed to develop your connection with nature and boost your wellbeing through gentle sensory immersive moments. Engaging with the natural world in this way helps to support a restful mind by reducing stress anxiety and rumination (repetitive negative thoughts). Broaks Wood offers an incredible venue for this wellbeing practice. You'll leave feeling refreshed rejuvenated focused and inspired.

What People are Saying About Forest Bathing with Gina:

"I was delighted to discover the opportunity to experience Forest Bathing so close to my home and Gina is a wonderful guide. After attending one of her group sessions I was keen to make the two hours a regular fixture and now enjoy 1:1 walks once a month." - Julie Hurst

"I obsessively focus on the future all of the time. On ticket sales. On family life. On where I will be this time next year. Yesterday in the rain was the first time I'd felt truly in the moment for a long time. It was literal breath of fresh air. And one I never realised I needed so much!" - Johnny Marriott PETNEEDS

"The day transformed and deepened my experience and connection with trees and plants to great advantage in my everyday life." - Daisy Anna Lees

"What an amazing experience! The woods are beautiful and Gina was an excellent guide. I lost track of time and left with an amazing sense of serenity and calm. I would highly recommend this experience." - Emma

"Gina made a calm and safe environment which made me look at nature in a way I hadn't before. It allowed my mind to release stress that had build up. I 100% recommend this!" - Justin
