Shinrin-yoku (Forest Bathing) and Health Presentation

Kathleen Lowe is a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide in the practice of Shinrin-yoku, or “forest bathing”. She started Friends of the Forest as a way to offer meaningful, direct experiences in nature that helps people develop connections to the environment around us. In this presentation, Kathleen will discuss the history of Shinrin-yoku, and its application to health care practices

The presentation will be held in the Crystal Room which is located on the ground floor of Mercy Hall.
