ABOUT SHINRIN YOKU
SHINRIN YOKU, "Forest Bathing" or "Nature Bathing" involves spending time in nature and engaging with all the elements of natural environments. Through using all of your senses, slowing down your rhytms and attuning to the world outside and inside of you, you may experience health benefits straight away!
During this Nature Bathing session - Soetkin will expertly guide you through the experience during 2 expertly hours each last Saturday of the month.
You will be invited to land into a place of intense curiosity and wonder about the Natural World outside of you and within you!
And this is just the start of the journey!

These events are open to Kids (under 16yo with a responsible adult present), Teens (16+yo) and Adults.
