Set your intentions as you flow with Mie, connecting with your body through various postures and embodying the energy of growth and expansion. This will be followed by a Breathwork Journey with Greg, allowing you to let go of the past to create space for your most authentic, abundant expression to shine through. We will then have a closing ceremony, allowing you to integrate your experience and celebrate your life’s journey.
Greg and Mie are excited to welcome you to share this beautiful summer afternoon with you. This workshop is open to everyone, including those who are new to yoga and breathwork or who are just curious to explore.
Greg Moran is a trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator, Shamanic/Reiki Energy Healer, Embodiment & Integration Mentor, and Nature Connection Guide. Greg's approach to his work is centered around nervous system regulation and embodied presence, where your innate wisdom can be accessed and received, leading to profound healing and growth. He shares his offerings online and at retreats, workshops, and events around the world, guiding others to living in the truth of their heart. He is deeply passionate about holistic health, connection to Self, Community, and Mother Nature, and guiding and empowering others in living their most authentic life.
Mie Horiuchi is an international vinyasa flow yoga practitioner, teacher and 500 E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher), teaching over a decade, with over 3000 hours of actual teaching hours. Mie is known for her intentionally sequenced and carefully composed fluid flow. For Mie, yoga practice on the mat is a sacred space where she can shed her shielding exterior and connect to herself in a deep, authentic hearing way, in the here and now. She feels passionate about sharing this joy of practicing yoga, and creating a safe space where everyone can uncover and connect to their full potential within.
