SHINE U is an in-house program that highlights the letters "H" hobbies, "I" interests/irritants and "E" experiences from our SHINE framework. The objective is to foster discovery, exploration and experimentation for our participants in a low stakes kind of way. SHINE U workshops connect people with unique hobbies, interests/irritants & experiences to help promote learning, diversity, inclusivity and community.
In this workshop, facilitated by Laura Corkery, you will explore how journaling is a powerful tool for self-discovery, creative expression, and manifesting new outcomes. You will be equiped to unlock new perspectives and creating meaning changes in your life. With a focus on intention, this workshop with spotlight how to use journaling for personal growth and transformation.
