With over 20 years of experience in mental health and wellness, Jenny has combined research, lived experience, and practical solutions to offer individuals and organizations a way forward. Thrive Education workshops provide tools, resources, and support for building a culture of connection, resilience, and empowerment; whether addressing suicide prevention or creating a foundation for thriving.
“What if the key to transforming mental health and suicide prevention is simpler than we think? What if anything is possible? These questions drive my passion to collaborate and create change. As the creator of Thrive Education, l’ve developed a dual approach that addresses both the prevention of suicide and the empowerment to thrive. I call it the yin and yang of Thrive Education, grounded in the principles of two foundational books I’ve spent the last five years writing: ‘What lf…’ and ‘Anything is Possible.'”
Jenny is passionate about replacing fear and uncertainty with compassion andempowerment, helping people move beyond survival to embrace their full potential.
