Over the years, the cornerstone of every meaningful connection I've made has been built not on a "what's in it for me" mindset, but on one simple principle: "What can I give?" Instead of asking, "What can I get?" I focus on "What can I bring?" Instead of "What can I take?" I ask "What can I share?" And instead of waiting for someone to do something for me, I choose to ask "What can I do for others?"
SHINE Like a B.O.S.S. is the embodiment of that mindset—a reflection of my heart and core values. The B.O.S.S. acronym stands for:
