About this Event
Gentle Yoga will improve muscle tone, flexibility, balance and reduce stress. Mindfulness, meditation, and simple breathing techniques will relax the body & calm the mind. You’ll move your body in a gentle, comfortable way that encourages movement without strain. The use of props might be utilized for comfort. By purposely moving the body in a slow-paced yoga practice, you’ll build healthy tissue, warm ligaments, and improve self-confidence so you can SHINE.
