SHiNE is a high-energy cardio dance class that fuses original choreography with moves rooted in jazz, ballet, and hip hop. Think HIIT meets dance party, all set to your favorite feel-good tracks.
No dance experience? No problem. This class is for every body. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or have two left feet, you’ll feel like the star of your own music video. As long as you are moving then you are doing it right! 💪💃
Class Details
Cost: 15,000원 - (Cash please 🙏)
What to bring: Water + indoor workout sneakers with grip
If you have an injury and the thought of jumping or doing high knees is stressing you out, don't worry! I will be teaching modified versions of any and all high impact steps. I myself had a total knee reconstruction 2 years ago, and some days it flares up and high impact is out of the question. I promise there are alternative steps I will be teaching. 💖🫶
SHiNE has never been taught in South Korea before, and I’m beyond excited to build a welcoming, empowering dance community right here in Seoul. If you’ve ever taken Zumba, SHiNE has a similar vibe. Get ready for nonstop dance cardio with new, easy-to-follow choreography every class.
