Join us in our 1st annual Shimmering Lanterns of Hope community event focused on breast health, survivorship and HOPE. We will have floating water lanterns illuminate our UF Health Leesburg Hospital front pond at 7:00pm. Each purchase of our floating water lanterns will help fund state-of-the-art equipment, support programs, and research initiatives focused on early detection and innovative treatments. This will help enhance our mammography efficiency suite to provide faster and more accurate screenings for early detection of breast cancer. By investing in this upgrade, we can streamline our processes, reduce wait times, and improve the overall experience for our patients. Your support will directly impact our ability to provide high-quality care and potentially save lives.

We will also have guest speakers from our UF Health team as well as a survivor from our community share her story of inspiration and resiliency against breast cancer. Some of our experts will have tables where attendees are welcomed to ask questions about nutrition and wellness regarding breast health.
