We are thrilled and blessed to welcome Hope Rajasinghe into the spaces of Kosa for a meditative and transformative ritual of yoga, breath, heat, and alignment. She lives part-time in Madison, part-time in Sri Lanka, and offers immersive yoga and yoga instruction to individuals and corporations worldwide.This workshop is a guided breath & movement journey and an invitation to observe, listen, connect, and tap into the natural impulses of the body. Hope will be guiding you through a 50-minute yoga session, establishing your presence & breath, followed by a harmony of guided (breathwork) sauna, steam, and sanctuary experiences to explore and reflect how your mind, movement, and stillness practices can be energized by the elements of fire & water.
Participants will also have time to relax, journal, and integrate at the spa with teas and infusions.
No prior experience necessary, come as you are.
