SHIFT | A layer deeper. It’s time for the seeds you planted in the depths of New Year to begin to turn towards the light. When I think about who this practice is for the word “leaders” keeps coming to mind, but that doesn’t mean to say you are a boss, or a mother, or a teacher - although you might be all of those things. We all lead with our energy and it affects everyone around us. Let’s practice harnessing it.
Not a yoga class, but a spiritual practice we explore through dance, movement that doesn't really have a label and writing. A ceremony, a place where we remember to remember.
This is for those who are ready to go deeper than the yoga postures (but that doesn't mean to say you need to have a yoga background), for those who are ready to step into the fire, for those who became lost along the way or those who have strayed from their centre and are ready to return home, for those who are responsible for others, whether its through work or the home. We'll shake, roll, sway, connect with voice and each other as we burn through the stuff around the edges, let's drop any expectations and allow ourselves to peel back the outer layers to drop into the sweet tender place beneath.
Please allow 90 minutes for this session, it may not last that long, but I hate cutting things short if we don’t have to, bring a pen and notepad.
