🪢 Shibari is more than knots – it’s presence, play, and energetic flow.Are you curious about ropes, but not sure where to start? Welcome to this one-day beginners course that emphasises flow, polarity, and the energetic side of rope.
In the morning, we’ll start with slowing down, movement, touch, and sensation - exploring how ropes can become a language for presence and polarity.
After lunch, we'll introduce some technique, including a simple harness, and show how to integrate this with the energetic practices we began with.
No experience is required, just a desire to be in your body, and an awareness of your own and others' boundaries.
Participants will be encouraged to swap roles (tying/being tied) and partners during the day.
