COURSE DETAILS
Course Description:

In our Introduction to Shibari for Beginners, we'll take you on a journey from knowing nothing about Shibari to equipping you with basic knowledge and skills to engage with rope art. You will learn the art of rope bondage, emphasizing safety, rope handling, foundational knots, and one elegant Shibari figure. This course is the perfect starting point for newcomers and anyone intrigued by the art of bondage. Whether you're alone or with a partner, this class is tailored for you.


What You Will Learn:
  • Safety and Consent Principles
  • Rope Handling Skills
  • Essential Shibari Knots and Ties
  • Introduction to Shibari Play
  • Anatomy and Safety Considerations
  • One basic pattern

Important Notes:

Timeliness is essential. To maintain the quality of instruction and respect every participant, please arrive at least 15 minutes early, or 30 minutes if you tend to be late.

To fully participate in our Introduction to Shibari for Beginners course, please make sure you have the following items:

Rope: Each participant will need one 8m-10m rope, with a diameter of 5-6mm. Preferably natural ropes like Jute or Hemp. If you don't have your own rope, you can purchase one on Epic Rope (local), Etsy, DeGiotto, Twisted Monk, Tension Montreal...

Allergy Warning: Please be advised that there is a cat on-site, so if you have allergies, take necessary precautions during your visit.

Language: This course can be bilingual, conducted in both French and English, ensuring all participants can comfortably engage. Please make sure to tell me if you wish french translation.

This workshop is appropriate for all genders, sexual orientations, and body types.

Age Restriction: This course is open to participants who are of legal adult age.
