About the Instructor
Mr. Tolsen has been practicing the art of Shibari since 2017 with a particular passion for Nawa-aikido — “the way of love and harmonious energy through rope.” His style emphasizes creativity connection and the spiritual dimensions of rope bondage themes that flow through his teaching and practice. Over the years he has presented his curriculum at numerous events and workshops blending technical foundations with the artistry of trust and intimacy. With more than two decades of experience as a presenter and educator Mr. Tolsen brings clarity depth and a welcoming energy to every class. He frequently ties with his rope partner Ms. Dani at both public and private events creating scenes that highlight the beauty of rope as both skill and expression.
