Join us for our first-ever SHF Summer Games. This is a free public event with rowing, bench, squat, tire flip, and pull up competitions for ages 12 and up. We will have an obstacle course for children 11 and under. Prizes will be awarded to winners in their age and gender bracket, as well as a grand prize for overall male and female winner!
