Join the Sherry Revolution as we celebrate International Sherry Week on Friday 7th November 2025!Running from the 3rd to the 9th November 2025, this global event brings people together for one week of gastronomical and cultural events that highlight the fortified wine’s versatility and variety.
At Tabanco by Ambiente, we’re joining the celebrations with a five-course sherry-paired tasting menu featuring an exceptional selection of sherries and we can’t wait.
Each of our five courses will showcase one sherry, ranging from the driest fino to the sweetest PX, allowing you to discover the unique character, aroma and flavour of each sherry.
Our talented chefs have created an exclusive tasting menu, with each course thoughtfully designed to enhance the distinct qualities of its paired Sherry.
The evening will be hosted by our own Sherry Knight, Rob Scott-South, alongside a special guest, who will guide you through each pairing and share stories from the bodega.
Because demand has grown year after year, we’re offering two sittings, one at 12.30pm and one at 6.30pm on Friday 7th November 2025 at Tabanco by Ambiente, York.
