Intention Setting: Upon arrival, be welcomed into the space with a tea or cacao ritual that sets the stage for an extraordinary experience. We’ll take a moment to set your intentions. What are your specific goals for our time together, and what are you calling in for your life right now?

The Science of Breath and Cold: We spend a short yet enlightening time overviewing research and physiology behind breathwork and cold exposure. Understand the impact of these tools on body and mind, their benefits, and best practices to support your specific goals.

Breathwork Journey: 45 minutes of guided breathwork across a number of styles, led by Kristin Weitzel, Parul Mahajan, and Austin Stanton – three highly experienced facilitators, you'll explore the power of conscious breathing, tapping into its potential to elevate your energy, vitality, emotional expansion, and inner peace.

Cold Plunge Experience: Gear up for an exhilarating expedition alongside our expert coaches as you plunge into an ice bath. This session will invigorate your senses, awaken your inner badass, and leave you buzzing with exhilaration.

Closing Integration: As our journey comes to a close, we'll take time for integration. Share your experiences, insights, and newfound clarity with the group. You'll leave feeling not only rejuvenated but also connected to a community of like-minded individuals who are on the same path to self-discovery.
