Join us in celebrating the Patch Ceremony for our 1st ever Texas Elks Riders Association with Pepper Cook Off with our BBQ Dinner and Ceremony.
ALL Welcome to join us .. and enter your best peppers.
$10 entry fee
JUST ONE RULE: We need you to make at least a dozen peppers. The Lodge will open at noon on Friday, and you can cook them here or you can cook them at home and bring them for the people's choice judging during dinner.
TROPHY for the winner

Dinner for our Esteemed Visitors, Guests, Dignitaries, and fellow Elks will consist of Brisket, Ribs, Pulled Pork, all the required fixins' and deserts.
