They are not in chronological order, just a listing.
*Meet Sheriff Overton
*Indoor K9 demo/talk
*Evidence Technician/s/ - how, what and why we store and secure evidence
*E911 Center (Dispatch) – explanation of our calls, emergency and non-emergency, call volume and walk inside the actual dispatch office.
*Jail – talk and overview of our state mandated duties/procedures
*Courthouse Security Station – located at entrance of the courthouse. What you cannot bring inside this building, walk through our walk-thru metal detectors.
Events of the day (meetings, weather, call volume and such) may alter what we can or cannot do. We will attempt to be flexible in this area.
Please arrive around 9:45 A.M.
Each tour date, groups will be split into 3 smaller groups to ensure everyone can see/hear their presenter and make the educational experience more productive.
You MUST register for this event. There is limited space and registration will be capped at 45 adults and children total. Please indicate the maximum amount of people to attend for your family.
