Date: April 26th, 2025
Location: Harvest Park. 2561 N Barclay St, Maplewood, MN 55109
Time: Check in @ 8 AM. Please have everyone there by 7:45 AM.
- Any team who DOES NOT HAVE all their teammates WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF CHECK-IN WILL HAVE TO PLAY WITH WHOEVER THEY HAVE
- Any team that DOES NOT SHOW UP for their FIRST game will NOT GET A REFUND & AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED.
- The team they are suppose to play against will automatically get 3 points
- 12 teams. Will accept 16 if need to.
Rules & Policies
- No smoking or drinking as this is a school event
- You can bring your family and friends to come watch
- Feel free to bring your own water
- Feel free to bring your own canopy
- Dress for the weather!

1st place: Trophy
2nd place: Silver medal

PAYMENT & Liability form
- $100 per team (Cash or Mobile Pay is fine. Send registration money to Victoria and put team name)

- Backing out 1 WEEK prior will result in NO REFUND
- Everyone playing is REQUIRED to sign this waiver form: SHEPab's Liability form (REQUIRED)
- Any team/player that does NOT complete this form by April 25th WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMPETE
TEAMS
- Team have to wear assigned/matching colors
- Any teams found swapping teammates will be DISQUALIFIED
- LOSING TEAM HAS TO REF NEXT ROUND
VOLLEYBALL
- Co-Ed International Rules
- Must have at least 2 girls AND/OR at least 2 boys on court AT ALL TIMES
- No Limit on Non-Asian players
- No more than 8 people on a team
- Setter does not need to rotate
- Round Robin (Top 2 seeds advance to playoffs)
- Both team winning a set is 1 point each(split). One team winning both sets get 3 points(sweep).
- Cap at 21 points
-Playoffs
- Based on points during seeding
- If points during seeding are tied up, seeding in playoffs would be determined based on RR game points difference
