SHENG ZHEN MEDITATION SPRING 2025 CLASS

This class will include standing and sitting forms suitable for beginners and advanced students. Emphasis will be placed on being in the meditative state while doing the movements for maximum healing. We will connect to and receive the benefits of qi, life force energy, which is always connected to source energy, Unconditional Love. Wear comfortable clothing.

Dates--Wednesdays from April 2nd-May 28th from 7:00-8:30 PM

9 classes--$150-$200 or $20-30 individual class
