Arrive on your chosen date and time with your choice group of friends and family, swan up to the counter to handpick and weigh your selection of pristine shellfish that will be as fresh as possibly imagine.
Your weighed goods will swim over to the kitchen to be grilled with your selection of luxurious flavoured butters and sides including the incredibly moorish crab meat fries (of Prawnography fame)
We recommend you kick things off with our signature negroni rock oyster, the absolute king of aperitifs.
It really is a portion of Negroni served up with a plump rock oyster, straight from the shell…
