Join the Belcher Road Interfaith Collective and many others as we build on the Legacy of Temple B’nai Israel’s Shelia Weinstock Mitzvah Day. We gather at different venues on the afternoon of January 18th to engage in projects to make an impact on our community and our planet. These projects for all ages and skills, including creating snack packs, hygiene packs, hospital visiting bags, no sew blankets for foster kids, a garden planting project, and a community clean-up. There’s an optional noon lunch gathering at Temple B’nai Israel and then each location will open at 1:00 PM for acts of caring and kindness.Check-In & Lunch: 12:00 PM
Projects Begin: 1:00 PM
TBI Brotherhood will be preparing a dairy-style lunch for the event. All participants are welcome to come to TBI for lunch. A donation of $10 per person is suggested to cover the cost of this meal.
Dairy Lunch: Bagels with Lox & Cream Cheese, Noodle Kugel,
Salad, Fruit Salad, Tuna Salad, Egg Salad
