About this Event
The Iberian Peninsula – Spain, Portugal and their islands - are landscapes that produce some of the finest cheeses in the world. With distinctive textures, flavours and aromas - there’s so much to discover. The cheeses have oodles of character drawing on the rich traditions and the gloriously ancient and diverse agricultural economy.
We have featured Spanish cheeses before – this time we are adding some stunning Portuguese cheese too... Plus some fruity olives and all the trimmings...
As usual it'll be all you can eat! EIGHT CHEESES - plus crackers, chutney and all the trimmings... INCLUDING OLIVES! There will be score sheets and tasting notes...
With a short presentation to talk you through the cheese you have been eating – this is an amazing way to find out more about these awesome Cheeses!
