Come celebrate six years of Sheffield DM with us! 🎉 Featuring a lineup of incredible talks, free food and drinks, and plenty of extras to celebrate our special day; we hope to see you there.

Sheffield DM is free to attend, casual and most importantly, fun! Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, this is the place to be. Our events are relaxed and friendly, in a cosy environment just across from Sheffield station.

Featuring AMAZING speakers, our talks are to-the-point, with actionable takeaways and appropriate for anyone involved in marketing, regardless of background, skill or experence level. Andy Carter, Technical Team Lead @ Evoluted

Andy is a Technical Team Lead at Evoluted in Sheffield and a passionate advocate for digital accessibility. He has spoken at numerous events across the north of England. Outside of work, Andy runs Street Art Sheffield, documenting the Steel City’s murals and running the occasional street art tour.

Andy's talk will discuss how accessibility is more than just a ‘nice to have’; it’s a fundamental necessity for an inclusive digital world. Yet, making the case for accessible websites and apps can often be challenging. In this talk, we’ll explore why accessibility is crucial and dive into key motivators that can drive meaningful change. These insights will empower you to advocate effectively for a more inclusive and accessible Web.
