Join us at @sheffieldspc on Saturday 22nd February from 6pm for our next meet/lifting party/training session/social - whatever you want it to be.
This will be the last one at SSPC before the gym merges with Structure Sport and Fitness! Powerlifting and StrongMan & StrongWomen all in one gym 💪 - it’s an exciting change!
SGL will be continuing and we’ll be announcing new events soon - watch this space!
In the meantime, swap your Saturday night shots for squats (or maybe do both, whatever floats your boat) and join us at SGL on 22 February 6-8pm.
There won’t be any formal schedule or training plan, we just want to gather a bunch of gals in our fav gym. There is a leaderboard for 2 challenges if you fancy a go!
Experienced lifter? Come do your usual Saturday session in a welcoming room of new friends & maybe help someone out if they need it ✨
Lifting Beginner? Come try out some new equipment & new movements with guidance from totally unqualified but enthusiastic lifting pals 🥰
Or just hang out, whatever.
Come ready in your gym kit & bring a full water bottle, there are some drinks to buy for ÂŁ1 each if you forget.
We’ll collab on the playlist, so get thinking of ur fav workout bangers.
