In this class you will learn to make a piped sheet cake, make buttercream, create sugar work and chocolate decorations. You will also make mini chocolate bars, sugar work , as well as mastering some of the most popular nozzles. All this in the colour scheme of your choice and taken home in a beautiful presentation gift box!
