Wauconda Township Historical Society invited us for a social spin at their historic Cook House! Spinners can scatter throughout the rooms on the main floor of this lovely 1850 heated and air-conditioned historic home and on the lawn, if anyone desires that! It is fully accessible with no stairs, ramps or raised thresholds and includes a nice modern restroom. There is a spacious kitchen and modern refrigerator for our snacks and beverages.Cook House will be open to the public during our Spin-In. Join us for another great opportunity to bring history to life and promote the art of hand-spinning! As usual, all are welcome. This is a free event. All fiber arts are welcome!
