Join us for another beautiful day of spinning and socializing. We will be in the Founders Room at the Batavia Public Library. All types of wheels, spindles and e-spinners are welcome. Have you never spun before? We are happy to introduce you to spinning wool on a drop spindle. For the spectator, expect to see spinning wheels dating from the 1800's to the present. A spot will be provided for Wanted/For Sale notices for fiber arts equipment and related supplies (note that the Library will not allow sales to be made on-site). Fiber-related business cards and event announcements can also be posted.Participants can bring a sack lunch, pre-order a box lunch from Flyleaf Bakery Cafe located inside the Batavia Library or step out to an establishment in the local community.
