SHED Talk Stratford

S.H.E.D. Talks is a grassroots program built around conversation, community, connection, and collaboration. These gatherings take place in informal, familiar settings such as machine sheds and barns, where farmers can come together to discuss mental health, stress, safety, and the unique challenges of rural life. The goal is to reduce social isolation and build stronger rural communities through peer support. This fall we are excited to be celebrating the harvest, in Stratford with Mayor Ritsma, at his barn.
