Bio:

Shed Bugs

Conceived in a shed outside of Asheville, NC, the Shed Bugs are comprised of drummer/ producer Charles Graham, bassist/ lyricist Andrew Stevens, guitarist/ songwriter Morgan Bevis, and saxophonist/ keyboardist Alex Cain.

The Shed Bugs have their roots in the Covid pandemic through the isolated jammings of college friends Morgan and Andrew, who sought to form a band together. The project was shelved until longtime friend Charles signed on as a drummer in 2022, later producing the band’s debut album “Midnight Moth.” After gaining momentum in Asheville’s local music scene, Alex joined the band in 2024 following a jam session.

Combining the unique backgrounds and talents of each member, the Shed Bugs create an improvisational blend of blues, funk, and psychedelic rock while striving to never play the same show twice.

The Songstage FAQs:

"What is The Songstage?":

The SongStage is a professional broadcast studio where an audience experiences perhaps the most intimate relationship with the artist possible, listening to every note, while the performance is being captured in stunning audio and video…and where the broadcast can be enjoyed by millions. 8-cameras are employed along with lush audio gear. The “song” is the star of The SongStage, and every effort is made to support the artist and to inspire EPIC performances.

The SongStage was created in 2013 for video production and live performance broadcasts for radio, international shows (such as the Acoustic Café) and on PBS as well as many other networks. The SongStage is a subdivision of Artists International Inc./WorldSound, a Universal/Virgin Music Group label, part of the largest music distribution system in the world.

"Quiet on the Set!":

Since we are filming and recording all the audio from the performance, please be as quiet as possible. That means holding conversation until a later time, phones on silent, and getting your drinks before the song starts! Don’t worry, we’ll have signs and cues to assist with knowing when quiet time is in effect and recording is in session!

"A Recorded Professional Performance":

One of the main goals of The SongStage is to create a one-of-a-kind, “EPIC”, audio/video recording of the artist performing their chosen set live. This means if something isn’t to the Artist’s ideals, the Artist has every right to stop, start over and play the song(s) over until they are satisfied with the performance. As an audience member, patience and understanding are key. An artist is quite vulnerable in this type of intimate and close setting where every facial expression and note is on display. An understanding audience is a great comfort for an Artist.

"Life-Enhancing Merch, Collectibles & Refreshments!":

We'll have limited edition posters, t-shirts and other merch available for purchase before and after the performance!

We’ll be offering assorted liquid refreshments at each show, complimentary from The SongStage!

"Ticket Pricing"

Tickets can range from $2,500 to $20 depending upon the Artist and the type of event.
