Join us for a fun and informative She Tris course preview clinic with our friends at Trek Bicycles of Charlotte designed to help you feel fully prepared and confident for your triathlon! This event includes a guided preview of the official bike course, followed by a hands-on transition clinic and light refreshments with your fellow athletes.
Clinic Highlights:
🚴‍♀️ Guided Bike Course Preview
Ride the She Tris bike course with coaches and fellow participants. Get familiar with the route, turns, and terrain so you know exactly what to expect on race day. Coaches will offer tips on pacing, gearing, and safety along the way.
🍎 Post-Ride Refreshments
Refuel and rehydrate after the ride with light snacks and drinks while connecting with the She Tris community.
🎽 Transition Clinic
After the ride, we’ll walk through the key steps of triathlon transitions—swim to bike and bike to run. Learn how to set up your transition area, rack your bike, change gear efficiently, and move smoothly through both transitions.

Have questions about gear, race logistics, or the flow of event day? Our coaches will be available to help you feel fully prepared and confident.
