Known for her work in amplifying leadership in the Latino community, Melanie is a sought-after speaker connecting cultural norms to leadership style. As a thought leader, Melanie shares her insights by co-authoring and contributing to books such as The Latino Leadership Playbook, Culture Impact, Latinas 100, and Hispanic Stars Rising.
In the Greater Houston Area Melanie strives to be a conduit for people, resources, and ideas. In 2023 Melanie was appointed by Mayor Turner to the Gulf Coast Workforce Commission. Melanie also currently serves on the Board of Directors for Texas Executive Women, El Centro de Corazon, Small Places, the International Coaching Federation Houston Chapter and Impact 100 Houston.Be sure and secure spot in the room!
