She Rises - A Women's Empowerment Experience

She Rises is a women’s empowerment experience designed to bring women together through connection, wellness, and intentional self-care.

This event offers a gentle reset for women who are craving more support, nourishment, and alignment as they move through the year ahead. Rather than another thing to achieve, She Rises creates space to slow down, reconnect, and be supported within a warm community of women.

Co-hosted by Tess Williamson and Kat Green, She Rises weaves together wellbeing, mindset, and connection through a thoughtfully curated experience.

During this morning together, you’ll be guided through:
• Mindset and vision-setting practices
• Breathwork and meditation
• Conversations around wellness, health, and Arbonne nutrition and business opportunity
• Opportunities for connection and reflection
• A special guest speaker Laura who is a Clinical Nutritionist who helps women to nourish and reconnect with their bodies through gut, hormonal and mental health nutrition strategies. She is guided by a philosophy that celebrates intuitive, balanced eating and realistic and sustainable changes.

This experience is for women who may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready to prioritise themselves in a more intentional way. It’s for women who value personal growth, wellbeing, and meaningful connection.
She Rises is not about fixing yourself, it’s about creating space to reconnect with who you already are.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, nourished, supported, and inspired, with practical tools and renewed clarity to carry forward.
