Teams consist of four women, four nails, one board and one hammer. After team member 1 starts the clock and hammers her nail flush with the board, the hammer is passed to the next team member and so on. The last team member stops the time after her nailing is complete. Teams are looking to have the fastest time. Like a swim meet, there will be heats and rounds until there is a winner!
