Step into the world of Dungeons & Dragons and bring this thrilling, heartfelt adventure to life! The Gladish Players are holding auditions for She Kills Monsters, a dramatic comedy by Qui Nguyen that blends fantasy, humor, and the power of connection.
How to Audition:
✔️ Please fill out an audition form on our website prior to showing up.
✔️ A 1 ½ minute prepared monologue is highly recommended but not required.
✔️ Cold-readings from the script will also be available.
Available Roles:
🎭 Agnes Evans (F, mid 20s to mid 30s) - The protagonist, navigating her late sister's fantastical world.
🎭 Tilly Evans (F, late teens to early/mid 20s) - Agnes’s teenage sister, a vibrant, nerdy D&D fanatic.
🎭 Chuck (M, early to late 20s) - A witty, slightly awkward Dungeon Master.
🎭 Miles (M, mid 20s to mid 30s) - Agnes’s boyfriend, a well-meaning but clueless jock.
🎭 Lilith (F, late teens to early/mid 20s) - A fierce Demon Queen and skilled fighter.
🎭 Kaliope (F, late teens to early/mid 20s) - A graceful and intelligent Dark Elf.
🎭 Orcus (M, late teens to early/mid 20s) - A laid-back demon overlord who has retired from evil.
🎭 Vera (F, mid 20s to mid 30s) - Agnes’s sarcastic best friend and school guidance counselor.
🎭 Farrah (Any gender, any age) - A feisty Fairy, tiny but mighty.
🎭 Evil Gabbi and Evil Tina (F, late teens to early/mid 20s)- Teenage cheerleaders with a mean streak.
🎭Steve: (M, F, NB, late teens to early/mid 20s) - A timid teen turned advent adventurer.
We will also be casting 2 to 3 puppeteers for this production.
Production Dates are June 28th at 7PM and June 29th at 3PM. We will also have a premiere showing at Palouse AnimeFest on June 21st. Production Calendar will be posted closer to audition dates!
